This article brings the Project Model Canvas (PMC) as a tool to be applied to the educational field, with the same action by subjects who seek to develop more effective and practical plans for their educational projects, contributing to the visualization and organization of the process of elaboration of actions and strategies . We present as an objective to investigate the contribution that the PMC can bring to the process of elaboration of the planning of the continuous formations offered by the MAIS PAIC Program to the teachers of the Literacy Cycle of Basic Education, as well as its follow-up. A qualitative and exploratory research was carried out, through bibliographical material on the application of the PMC in the educational universe. As a result, an example of the use of the PMC was presented in the elaboration of a plan for a training meeting for teachers of the Literacy Cycle of Basic Education, by the MAIS PAIC Program. At the end of this research, it was possible to conclude that the PMC can be used in the educational field, specifically in the planning, helping in the construction and execution of the same, collaborating in the elaboration of the continuous formations and in the improvement of the formation process of teachers. It is expected that the application model of this tool will contribute to bringing it closer to subjects who seek to develop more effective and practical plans for their educational projects.
