Ectópica cornual rota de uma gestação avançada: um relato de caso

Resumo

A gravidez ectópica é uma patologia que apresenta imensa gama de manifestações clínicas, com inúmeros fatores de risco e importante índice de complicações. A fisiopatologia é referente a implantação do blastocisto. O quadro clínico mais relatado é relacionado a sangramento vaginal com ou sem sintomas abdominais, porém as características podem ser variáveis por tratar-se de uma implantação embrionária em local errôneo. Nota-se frequente associação a gestações concebidas por fertilização in vitro. Raramente a gravidez ectópica implanta-se na região cornual. O diagnóstico é baseado na visualização de um saco gestacional extrauterino com saco de gema ou embrião, gonadotrofina coriônica sérica positiva e nenhum produto de concepção na aspiração uterina ou visualização na cirurgia. O tratamento está relacionado com a gravidade e os sintomas apresentados pelo individuo. O objetivo do trabalho consiste em relatar um caso de gravidez ectópica cornual rota com idade gestacional avançada, evidenciando o manejo e a forma de tratamento escolhida para a paciente.
