Métodos de obtenção de modelos de trabalho ou estudo de crianças com lábio leporino e palato fendido: Uma revisão sitemática

Resumo

Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo era conhecer os diferentes métodos utilizados para obter modelos de trabalho ou estudo de crianças com lábio leporino e palato fendido. Materiais e métodos: Foi realizada uma revisão sitemática para compilar informações sobre métodos de obtenção de modelos de trabalho ou estudo de crianças com fissura labial e palatina, para a qual foi realizada uma pesquisa eletrônica em vários bancos de dados como PubMed, Taylor e Francis, Pesquisa, Web of Science, Proquest, Scopus, Springer, Epistemonikos, Google Scholar e Ovid, aplicando filtros de inclusão e exclusão. Resultados: Uma primeira triagem foi realizada deixando 180 artigos; após esta seleção, a literatura duplicada foi eliminada, deixando 145 artigos, posteriormente, todos os registros foram verificados e 21 estudos que não preenchiam os critérios de seleção foram excluídos, resultando em 25 artigos adequados para esta revisão sistemática. Conclusões: Com o tempo, vários materiais e métodos têm sido utilizados para obter modelos de estudo ou trabalho em pacientes com fissura labial e palatina, a fim de encontrar novas formas de tratamento, planejamento e intervenção da mesma condição; assim, conhecer cada um deles facilitaria sua aplicação com o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade e o calor em que o tratamento é realizado, além disso, é importante desenvolver tratamentos completos com eficácia e eficiência, o que só será possível com registros adequados de cada paciente.
