La enseñanza del electrocardiograma en la educación superior en enfermería: revisión integrativa

Resumen

Objetivo: Identificar estrategias didácticas para la enseñanza de electrocardiogramas a estudiantes de pregrado en enfermería Método: revisión integradora de estudios atemporales publicados en las bases de datos MEDLINE, Lilacs, Embase, Scopus, Cinahl y Web of Science. La búsqueda se realizó en junio de 2022, utilizando descriptores controlados incluidos en los Descriptores de Ciencias de la Salud. El análisis se construyó a partir de los procesos de esta revisión. Resultados: se caracterizaron 13 artículos originales en cuanto a revista, año de publicación, diseño metodológico, los cuales fueron categorizados en tres grupos: 1-metodología de enseñanza para la interpretación de electrocardiogramas, 2-método de enseñanza para la realización de electrocardiogramas y 3-elaboración de material didáctico para enseñanza de la interpretación de electrocardiogramas. Conclusión: se considera que dada la complejidad del electrocardiograma, su enseñanza debe involucrar estrategias de promoción de la calificación de los estudiantes con el objetivo de formar profesionales capacitados en la interpretación del electrocardiograma. Existe la necesidad de discutir y reflexionar sobre las formas de enseñar y aprender la interpretación del electrocardiograma en los cursos de enfermería.
